God created a beautiful world for us to explore and to teach us about Him. Learning God’s Word can be fun and exciting. “Enjoying God’s Word Together” will take you outside of a classroom. The lessons can be taught while fishing from a dock or camping in the woods. Children will not only hear the Word of God, but will experience it in their lives.
This book allows you to be your child’s teacher. The lessons are simple and easy to read to a child. After each lesson you will find activities to make the lesson understandable in today’s world. Children understand important things at a very young age. This book can be used for any age. If you use it for your preschool child, you can read the lesson on your own, pick out the main point of the teaching and then do the “ideas for teaching the lesson” at the end of the teaching. Older children can read the lessons with you. The oldest child can read it to their younger siblings. Everyone can enjoy participating in the “ideas for teaching the lesson.”
It is very important for a child to memorize Scriptures. The reason being when he or she is confronted with a negative situation, they will remember what the Bible says to do. At the end of each lesson you have Scriptures for the youngest child and the oldest child. It is important to note the Scriptures are taken from the Amplified Bible.

You are probably familiar with the Scripture, "Train a child in the way he should go and when he is old he will not depart from it."
When should this training begin? The world begins to train our children immediately. Babies will watch television at a
very young age. Children begin imitating the people around them as early as two to three months old. My daughter sticks
out her tongue while playing with her three month old and baby Emma in return sticks her tongue out like mommy. Do not underestimate
what a child can learn and understand. "Enjoying God's Word Together" enables you to begin training your chld at any age.
Whatever age (college kids enjoy the book) you will find an easy to understand lesson and ideas to teach the lesson following it.
You will probably begin to think of your own ideas as you begin reading it. The most important thing is to make God's Word a
part of your and your child's life everyday, that's training.
